I like your artwork, in general, very much.
Well done dear.

Vision:
When I first saw your piece, I thought it was an original transformation for the 8th season of Winx Club or the 3rd season of WOW.
After an effortless search on Google, I gave up and understood that it may be a Fan-Transformation.
The overall concept is beautiful and well done, the only thing that 'bothers' me (not meaning negative) are the 'wave' symbols on her breast part. It reminds me more of Aisha/Layla then Bloom.

Originality:
I can see your intention in this transformation and it seems to be the next level of Onyrix/Dreamix or Tynix. Well done.
I removed a half star, not because it's not original, but it reminds me too much of existing transformations (if it was intended, like I think it is: 5 stars).

Technique:
I adore your Couture style, it's one of the best I saw her on DeviantArt, lately.
It seems very official, but I think the skin could be lighter on some parts.
It also really depends on which Couture style, you're referring.
The WOW style has a very basic style, therefore I assume you tried to imitate the coloration of Couture Artworks.
The hair is perfect *-* I can't complain and it seems very official to me (atleast).
The only parts that bother me (a bit) is the perspective of the (left) wing, the chin (but it has to do with the original drawing style) and the gems.
I love that you drew the gems by yourself, but they seem not right. (Maybe you could have used real gems)

Impact:
Overall, I'm flashed. It's just ... WOW I really like Bloom in this artwork and I'm looking forward to see her full design and obviously the designs of the other girls.
Even though the background seems rather simple-ish/simply, I think it fits the theme.

I just wanted to say, that I'm not in a position to really critique you, since I am not that good in drawing. This critique (ugh hate that word)/ This suggestion is purely based on my knowledge of the Winx Club artworks I see on the internet and my knowledge about the art process of such pictures.
